Who controls your information
Kleia LLC operates AiLand and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@ailandlabs.com.
Information we may receive
Depending on how you use the website, we may receive:
- Information you send by email or through a project inquiry, such as your name, email address, project details, budget range and timeline.
- Your email address and subscription consent if you choose to join the newsletter.
- Limited usage and device information through Google Analytics, but only after the required analytics consent is provided.
- Information handled by YouTube when you choose to enable embedded media.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and discuss potential projects.
- To provide requested services and manage business relationships.
- To send occasional newsletter updates when you have subscribed separately.
- To understand and improve website use when analytics consent is active.
- To protect the website and comply with legal obligations.
Forms and newsletter
We use Formspree to receive and store contact-form submissions and send email notifications to our team. The information submitted includes your name, email address, project details, optional budget and timeline, and inquiry consent. For more information, see Formspree's Privacy Policy. We use Kit to manage newsletter subscriptions, send confirmation emails and deliver occasional updates. When you sign up, your email address and subscription consent are sent to Kit. Confirm your subscription using the email sent to you. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. See Kit's Data Processing Addendum for information about subscriber data processing. Newsletter consent is separate from project inquiries, and submitting a contact form will not subscribe you to updates.
Analytics and embedded media
Google Analytics is configured to remain inactive until the relevant consent is provided. YouTube embeds use privacy-enhanced URLs where technically appropriate and remain blocked until optional Media consent is enabled. You can change these choices through Cookie Settings in the footer.
Sharing and service providers
We may use trusted providers for hosting, communications, analytics and other operational services. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Formspree processes contact-form submissions on our behalf. Kit processes newsletter subscriber information on our behalf. The website contacts Kit when you submit the newsletter form; signup is separate from optional website analytics and media consent.
Hosting, fonts and browser preferences
Cloudflare serves this website and receives technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. Google Fonts receives technical request information when fonts load. We store your cookie preferences in your browser using local storage until you change them or clear browser data. Videos hosted directly on this website are separate from optional YouTube embeds.
International processing
AiLand operates in the United States and works worldwide. Information may therefore be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and to withdraw consent. Contact hello@ailandlabs.com. You may also change optional cookie choices at any time through Cookie Settings.
Security and updates
We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current date will appear at the top of this page.
